Had an ok weekend. Stag Tamer came down to do some fishing with me on Big Spirit again. Ended up with about 95 perch for the weekend not too bad. I went out by myself on Tuesday afternoon for an hour and a half and ended up with 22 keepers, so pretty good for the short time I was out. I know that Stag Tamer has some pictures he can post and I also Know that he got some open water fishing in this week with pics, so hopefully he will post soon. If my day goes as planned I will try to get out for a little bit tonight.

Has anyone been to Devils Lake recently? I am headed there the end of the week and am wondering what to expect.

I laid around Ocheyedan too long & didn't have the motivation to drive over

I brought home 12 and let 8 or 9 go, so you didn't miss too much. I was just ok. Looking at the forcast it looks like I will be on foot the rest of the hard water season.

Did you head up to Devils?

I am leaving tommarow at noon. Is the open water bite going on the river yet??
